Regression Week Continues

We Went to the Zoo, Zoo, Zoo

We were too chicken to take Anabelle and Will to the State Fair this weekend, so instead we opted for that old standby, the Minnesota Zoo. (Gotta get that membership's worth!) It ended up being a fun and (relatively) relaxed trip, since there was hardly anyone else there and the animals were all more active than they usually are. Here Anabelle got to see a puma up close:


We did the whole "compare your wingspan" thing again, and this time even Mommy got into the act!






"Daddy, his wingspan doesn't look as big as yours!"

Anabelle discovered the secret catacombs under the zoo:



We discovered Binh's namesake animal, although they made a typo on the sign:



Finally, even though it wasn't the State Fair, Anabelle got her corn dog on a stick:

Sophie's Baptism Party

Anabelle had fun playing with Trace and Lane at Sophie's baptism party today.



Although it can get a little intimidating when the brothers team up:

She also had fun playing with Brian, especially after he shared a couple sips of his beer.
