The other event in Anabelle's day today was her 2 month checkup, which meant shots -- 4 shots, to be exact! Here you can see the results of her visit to the doctor. Poor Anabelle! At least the rest of her day was more fun, and she won't have to get shots again for another two months.

Anabelle is now 24 1/2 inches long! WOW!! So long! She is such a big girl and she was very good at the doctor's office. I felt so bad when she had to get the shots. But I was happy she had a fun play date with her new friend!!
I was wondering what was peeking out of her shorts... poor little baby. She is just adorable.

Gah! They're evil people, those shot-givers!
Poor baby. Oh, how I hate The Shots...
The shot-givers were actually really good: There were two nurses and they had a tray with everything laid out and ready to go. Then they each took a leg and administered the shots in two synchronized sets -- complete with synchronized missile launch-style countdown, even!
