One of her favorite animals ended up being the ostrich. She kept yelling at him to run. "Run, ostrich! Run!"
She also liked the tigers, but she'd back away from the glass if they got too close.
"What do you mean there's a tiger behind me? They're on the other side of this glass, aren't they?"
After we left the zoo, Anabelle decided she wanted to run! (If the ostrich wouldn't do it, she would.)
After all that activity, Anabelle crashed, sleeping for over three hours. Even more than the little running she did, I think the sheer excitement of seeing all her favorite animals wore her out. Giraffes! Zebras! Lions! Seals! Penguins! Polar bears! Monkeys! ALL IN ONE PLACE!! IT'S THE MOST AMAZING PLACE ON EARTH!!!!
